Possible Proc Bug?

    I've been trying to proc "Noble Malevite Glasses" after the update & tried 10 in a row and none went noble.
    I find this a little odd as before the update it took no more than 5 goes or so of something to get it to go noble.
    Is anyone else experiencing this or am I just very unlucky?
