fixing the stigma system in lumiel

    just a suggestion... how about just resetting everyone's current normal skills, since it looks like the stigma skills were learned like normal skills instead of stigmas.

    all reached agreement, even if there are announcements ig, the new players are absolutely not with the current, then quickly vs will solve this problem, less there will be round of ban…

    New players probably came to SIEL because of this all stigma thing. Best thing is for gamez to do character transfer (lol) for those who want to switch over to lumiel. No point in having two high rates server with a stigma system.

    edit: oops, didn't see this was for lumiel, fail.
