    Date Screenshots were taken: Today (after loosing Item, he took that pic)

    Since my Legionmate dosent have the forum account, I post here for him >.<
    He bought     a Name Change Ticket but after purchase server crashed
    when server backed up and he loged in,     the Item was gone =/
    he was not able to take picture in game, so I post the purchase history
    I'm pretty sure It would be enough proof and you would refund his Item back >.<

    Note: I Purchase the item but it didn't receive the item, in-game Screenshot was taken 10mins after i purchase it, just to give the system more time just in case.

    EDIT: Item founded, it was in my mail (i was used to being place directly in the inv)
