[Gamezaion] Items From Credit Shop

I am receiving a lot of complains lately about donated items don't going to ur inventory. This is happening because now, when u donate on our credit shop, the item don't go directly to your inventory, they go by survey.
You need to click in the icon and get the item there.

What about missing items that need to be returned where do they show up? Cuz ive been waiting more than a week and nothing.

If I remember correctly, if you have fully proofed missing items, they are to be returned by gamez staff members/Aion Masters with //additem privileges.

 

Yah its been over a week and I put a missing report in the proper place right after i noticed i was missing my item. I have contacted most SAM and some GM and still nothing. Just wanna know if they completly forgot they even made a missing item thread.

 

Zoda , remember when i pmed u about it? I found it out after 10 seconds but then when tried to pm you to say sorry , you disappeared lol. You logged off right after i told u about it

Well first bumping this thread to everyone knows and second that is not the correct place to talk about it GravexD.
Also u said u pmed everyone but i didn't get ur pm and im one of the gms that handle this stuffs.
No need to talk about it here anymore, just pm me.

 

Back then when I lost items, Bryne was there to bring it back. So if bryne is not as active, zodake is the only other SAM, meaning he is alone in doing all those jobs. Probably very busy, we must have patience. Good luck and good day.
