Chanter chain skills?

    So I have been jumping from class to class to see which I like most and tried a chanter. I like it so far but my chain skills are not activating all the time. Booming assault and pentacle shock both will not trigger 5/6 of the time. Am I doing something wrong or is this just how it is?

    Oh so two of the chanter trees are on a chance to being able to be used? Is there anyway for them to be triggered more often I rarely see them available to be used.

    There should be only 1 chain but no, it's like chance thats why its called trigger chance

    yeah my stumble(meteor strike chain) does not trigger very often and the last skill in the booming strike chain does not trigger. very rarely. which one is on the trigger chance?
