No lost items bacj after update

Some days ago exactly 17/06/2011 i bought some items in terminon AP shop and got my AP reduced but no items. this bugg was reported and anounced in a thread by Enchanted. yesterday (24/06/2011) it was an update and looks like this bugg was not fixed (when GM told me it was gonna be fixed on next update and that was when my problem happened) if it was fixed i got no items and no AP back. If it was not fixed ill keep w8ing then but i will be clear in this. Whanever they fix this bugg i want my AP back or my items back (sainted plate set) cuz i got those points with lot of effort and i dont play here just to lose my effort. ty

Its gonna take forever Ive been waiting for more than a week for a donation item that i would think they would care since it was bought with real money but nope ive talked to lots of gms and nothing still. They dont really deliver on what they say.

 

did you check if you have a survey on your character?
since all donation items come from surveys now

 

Yeah ive checked theres nothing. Ive bought items after the update so i know that they come in surveys now. I also check my wh and and my inventory just in case and nothing.

 

Im not talking about credit stuff, im talking about AP (abyss points) shop in game, terminon landing to be exact.
