    GM I BOUGHT 10k credits in my account and items are not appear in the inventor ..... what the meaning of this!!!!....... please fix this problem...... to avoid inconvenience.... fix ASAP..... they are many donators will complaint with this... and its talking about money.... try to purchase your credit even 100 like dye they are not even appear in my inventory....... what the hek'... fix this so that this server will avoid low players population.. thank you

    First you need proof, and second look an icon near ur spell bar called survey items deliver that way, and also sometime mail box.

    i almost missed this one too,

    upper right of your client, and then click the x ..make sure that your client is in windowed mode
