Log In Help

Hello.

I just tried to log in on Aion and your Private Server.

The problem is, when i try to start it up. It won't. It just shuts down with a crash report(Which is Dutch... >.> so you wouldn't be able to read it... stupid PC). Any solutions for this?

Translation:

In AionClient has been an error and had to be shut down. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

You were busy with an operation. These files are probably lost.

Tell Microsoft about this problem.

Then at the bottom:

Don't Send and Send.


There you go. I hope you can use it.

Okay. I tried launching the normal Aion, same error.

 

Hello
Open your "NCSoft Launcher" program,
Look for the word "AION" in the list.
Right click it, look for an option named "Update",
If there is no such an option, look for an option named "Repair".
Click it, now a process will begin.
A little explaination about the process:
The launcher is validating your AION folder's content.
If it will find any missing files, it'll dowload them.

After finishing updating/repairing,
Go to www.GamezAion.com
Hit "DOWNLOAD״ in the side menu,
Download the Gamez Aion Launcher.
Install it in your AION foldier and have fun!

I just tried for my first time to log into your services/play game... and it is telling me invalid username and password(2) I have it updated as far as I know...

 

Did you use the gamez launcher or NCsoft launcher (you have to use the gamez launcher to play the game)

Well, I had tgis bug too.
Had to register again with different details.
The reason, probably, is that there is an unnoticed max characters for the ID/Password,
When you pass it, you get an "OK" from the site, but nothing actually happens, no registeration process...

Thats not the reason, the startup files are probably bugged.

 

I used my GamezLauncher.

But when I tried to use the Aion launcher self, same result so... I'm re-installing it now.

Okay. I tried everything I could.

I have contacted Support now. If you have any clue to fix it, info about the error are on the front page.

 

Try this, go into your aion folder, go into L10N folder and delete everything there, then open up ncsoft launcher and repare/update. now re install the gamelauncher http://gamezaion.com/Gamez Aion Installer.exe.

this is a game launcher crash, it happen to me once and the above fixed it for me. you can still log in if your quick enough lol (kinda annoying), when clicking the launcher to start have your finger ready on the enter key and spam it, the launcher will still crash but if hit enter key fast enough the game will still start.

try the above fix and see if that works
