There is, but theres also ways around it if you take the time to actually do it- my legion does the same thing in Eltnen, except we don't kill lowbies..

Also: if you really want to be rid of them, find and destroy there kisk. Out of habit they'll probably run to the kisk to see if whoever did it is still there, then kill them. That is, if you wanna take the time to do it

sadly this game is based on ganking low levels, and pvp when you least want it..
asmo have it SO SO SO SO SO bad on retail with twinked out level 30 & 40s pking noob's.
