i cant select my char due to a window which require me to enter something

    there is a caution window pop out when selecting the char which required me to enter some thing to contine but i dont't know what it is.... the window was written for playing only one race in a server however i have a char mix with my Elyos charecters . can u please help my delete my char named Dexs or somehow make the window disappear...
