Character skin problem after update 2.5 HELP!

Hello

I have big problem! After update my characters get change in ugly and they look strange (big eyes, little or huge mouth and nose).

I was not played for one month and when I come on my account after update for play, they look different than they was before in 2.1
I want my char return how they was before!
Someone can help me do something for that please?

click the little note thing in the lower right corner it has a plastic surgery ticket

It's not gonna happen. They will stay the way there are because the new looks are part of 2.5 enhanced graphics. The only way you can make them look better is by Plastic Surgery. I think it's odd you didn't get one even if you didn't play for a month, check all your characters again and look for the Survey button next to your Skill bar, at least one or two of your characters should have received one.

I checked all my char and there is no icon of the plastic surgery.
I have some credits (I collected for the ABG -.-) and I can buy plastic surgery but now I have
new problem (yeee).
Whenever I log into the game my char change appearance!
My glad have blue eyes yesterday and today she have yellow, my assassin had red lips and today they was brown .
I don’t know what's going on, but until someone fix it I can use plastic surgery because the next time when I do log into the game my char will change appearance T.T
Please help GM to fix this!

you had to be logged in atleast once per the week of the 2.5 update notice
