    Its this bug gona be fixed or wat lol ?
    From 2.1 v of aion this was declared psihical skill with magical effect and THE EFFECT ITS CALCULATED WITH THE FORMULA OF MR VS MACC !
    I maked 24 tests ( evry1 of them has its own pic and silence arrow never missed >< ! This is a major bug and please fix this ! I even saw that its activate even with stone skin on ! If the skill make 0 dmg the effect will not apli !

    I even boosted my mr till 2.2k lmao ! And the ranger its haveing 1.1k macc !

    no connection about wat u're saing and wat i'm saing

    I searched on retail forum and if the dmg inficted its 0 ( blocked by a shield ) , or blocked or parry the effect will not be aplied !
    One of the exemples that they give its silence arrow !

    And yes i'm sure about wat i'm saing !

    I already explained you that Silence Arrow is not magical but physical skill (retail like).
