Flying

    It seems to me that I am unable to fly in every zone I have been to and I am level 51 so I have been to the maps. I am trying to complete the quest for the pirate of the carobian quest. It seems to me it is impossible to get to the boat without flying. I am wondering if I am missing something? I have read about the free fly not working or something? I would search but it seems to not to be working for me.

    It's disabled server-side. Aand you should read some guides on how to do the quest retail-like (yet, not guaranteeing it's gonna work on Gamez, whatever the way is).

    So in normal zones we are unable to fly? Which zones are open to fly if I may ask?
