1.9 Item.pak(Startup Crash Fixed)

    I found that some people(including myself) has failed to start the game after patching new 1.9 item.pak. The issue maybe because of we are XP users? Below comes with another item.pak which fixed this problem.(this item.pak i found on web, any issue DON'T ask me because i'm not the one who created this)

    I didnt check the pak file itself, but i a pretty sure this pak is for 1.5 (the pak file is apx 6mb smaller)...
