1 of my character is tuck (always sendlog when login) GM or someone help me pls T_T

this is my problem... i have 1 id and i have 7 char of 7 job inside including cleric... now about 3 days ago after i've been got war on silentera i get to take a rest in sanctum... after that i want to play my Spiritmaster... then after a fiew minute i want to play my cleric again... then the problem happened... my cleric was sendlog when login... i think it is just for a while then i try to login again... but when i login my cleric it doesnt want work... but still sendlog... i dont understand why it's happened to me... all of my cleric environment monitor is red sometimes and there is a word "replace me replace me replace me ...."
i dont understand what is it... :sad: until now my cleric won't be work... always sendlog... but my another characters is still working... i've try to asking GM and my friend to solve this problem but GM Agrumea said i have to unstuck requset on the web... then i have to wait again until server restart... so my cleric will be unstuck... yesterday the server has been restart but nothing happened my cleric is still stuck... after for a while i've play and met with GM Tiamet, i'm talking with him and tell him about my cleric's trouble... but after for a fiew minute he said my cleric can not be save :crying: O M G... is that true?????? please someone or anybody who r u... pls help me ....:sad: perhaps u have some opinion to help me
