    100% Black spirit rage skills don't give buff as description​
    Bug Description:
    Skills:
    Class:All classes
    Skill Name:all 100% black spirit rage skills like black spirit:frozen ring IV
    What the skill is doing:consume 100% black spirit rage rate and spell a more powerful skill.
    What is expected of the Skill:It should also give an attacking/casting buff and ap buff as described,but currently they don't give that buff.Also the buff should continue 40 seconds instead of 60 second.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Just give the buff back,and adjust the description.​
