What the item is supposed to do:
Grant an additional character slot up to 14 total.

What happens when the item is used:
It works fine up until you want a 13th and 14th character.
With 12 characters created, using two to to unlock the 13th and 14th slot made the item disappear and be consumed without complaint, but nothing happened on the character selection screen even after relogging. No additional character slots, and no "Create Character" button is available.​

How to reproduce/proof:

With 12 characters created, buy and use the 13th and 14th character slot expansion.​
