2.0 Items.pak Guide
(System.ovr and Npcs.pak included)

You'll need:

Winrar
32 bit - http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar393.exe
64 bit - http://www.rarlab.com/rar/winrar-x64-393.exe

If you're not sure what system you have, take 32 bit ^^

Checking Aion version

1. Run NCSoft Launcher
2. Note Aion version - Aion is US, Aion(Europe) is EU

Download the appropriate installer
(Npcs.pak included in the items.pak installer)

Installing

First method
1. Double click the installer
2. Locate your Gamez Aion folder
3. Click install

Second Method
1. Paste the installer into your Gamez Aion folder
2. Double click
3. Click install

Login ingame and have fun trading ^^

item.pak for ABG's to be traded?

 

No, those settings are saved serverside and can only be changed by Alente.
These are easy to use installers that will place the item.pak file and the npc file in the correct place for you.

ABG will never be tradable unless Alente changes some code on the server

 

I've tried as the EU version as the US version...
With the EU version nothing happen, all is the same, item can't be sold or traded.
With the US version Game crash befor reaching the ID-Pass screen...
I have XP OS, and my Aion version is the 2.0.0.4

 

What item are you trying to trade?
try trading 'Clean' Anuhart/taha items

 

use the ncsoft launcher to check which version of aion u have, if it doesnt say Aion(Europe) u have the US version. either way id repair ur client to 2.0.0.5, itll fix any corrupt files u might have

if u install it right, the "untradable" text on items disappears. some item trades r turned off server side, cant do anything about that

 

I have tried with anuhart/taha items... i will try to update the client.
However, NcLaunche say i have Aion EU, but in advanced option i have North America... so i have EU or US?

 

Updating the client will remove your item.pak/npc.pak files and you will need to place them again

 

u have EU, everybody is set to north america, its about what your installed games list says

 

Updated to 2.0.0.5... re patched with the EU version, and again Not Tradeable...

 

r u using the XP/Vista EU installer? or the windows 7 EU Installer

u can try both, see if either of them works (if u installed it right)

just dont try the US ones, they install in another location and ull get errors trying to run the game

make sure the game isnt running when ur changing the files

 

please help me sycthe i still cant trade i am trying thsi method nw pelase help me theos items are equiped alredy on me but i at to give them to my sin through teh WH please

 

I used the XP version cuz i have Win XP. I have used this method

But in Crystal Aion folder (I suppose is the same thing as the Gamez Aion folder), and the file are succefully edited cuz he ask me to overwrite the existing file...
I have to try with the Win 7 files also if i have XP?
