    2.0 just came out. You try it now on a private server it will be bugged and probably crash a lot. Private servers are always behind with updates. You get what you pay for, nothing.

    Aion private server setup came out about the day Aion was released and even that took time to build and update. Private servers are behind in patches and updates. Deal with it. Hell even some of the player functions now don't work completely, that's what I'm saying.

    Do you read or just skim. :annoyed:

    there are some servers with 2.0 support dude. in fact, a really big one switches tomorrow. gamez is jsut far behind in terms of dev stuff. in fact, that'd be the main reason AU closed down, because such a big server contributed nothing to the dev work

    I love that some people here follow our work. :biggrin: I'm still not entirely happy with going 2.0 without some of the features I want implemented, but we need to get a lot of these fixes out and I can't deal with the idiots on our forums who updated to 2.0 clients.

    But AU didn't close because of us if that's what you implied. Considering AU and us both used the same base (AionEmu) to start from, they had every chance to make as much or more progress than we have. But instead decided to focus on things like VIP rewards and custom spawns and whatnot.

    Luno and Nemesis, the guys who started AionEmu, are now at AionRage. They have 2.0 packet support but that's it. Inggison and Gelkmaros don't even have spawns. LOL! I've already got the new 2.0 artifacts done and one of the forts (I need to spend more time on retail to get the other forts). But if those two had stuck with the AionEmu project instead of trying to go closed source with AionEmpire, then the project would probably be way ahead of even us.

    {btw, if mentioning that fail server is not allowed, someone just edit it out, but seriously, they're not competition to ANYONE right now. ZOMG THEY HAZ 40 PLAYERS ONLINE!!!}
