I'm not donating to that shit Abg is still better and carl ain't receiving one ****ing dime out of my pocket.

 

it does looks cool but thats about it, i rather ABG over it and i wouldnt give a cent just for a skin lol

 

L2 conditioned PVP weapon? plus it can be fused... you should re-think...

also L2 Wings of the Circle.

 

why would you need 16% atk speed wings when you get atk speed cap at 1.3 on 2 handed weapons and 1.1 on 1 handed, 0.9 on daggers and you can achieve that with tittle + scroll + WoC L1 conditioning? I even reached atk speed cap on my sorc without WoC, I have Daddy long legs tittle + Abg tome fused with padma+ casting speed scroll + atk speed scroll = 1.6 atk speed (cap on sorcs) and 0.7 casting speed, why would you need one of those when you could use +21 strike resist from lucky wings?

2.7 has lots of interesting OP items, what interest me are the added stats with level 2 conditioning. i need more HP/Crit/Attack

Sorry for bumping, but I kind of need someone to answer my question, since every one i've asked doesn't know the answer to it. If we buy the woc condtion wings are we going to be able to update them to condtion 2 or are we going to have to buy new wings to get the condtion 2? Because I finally got enough credits to purchase woc but I don't want to waste them if there's going to be new wings coming out.
