3DS XL or 2DS??

I'm in the middle of buying a 2DS with Pokemon X and The legend of Zelda: a link between worlds for $150 or a 3DS XL with no games for $150 after military discount. I watched some reviews about the 2DS and most adults say they like it more because its way cheaper, it feels better and that they don't need the 3D effect because it hurts the eyes, so, anyone with a 2DS and a 3DS XL that can give me an advice?

note: if you do not have any of these please don't even bother.

Merar I'm leaving in 2 days to Guantanamo and I won't be able to use my computer and I need a companion, portable and easy to turn off when I'm in duty lol.

 

I love those nintendo games I'd seriously suggest the emulator if you could take a laptop or something with you, but in this case im not too sure about the models. Why don't you try a google search im sure you ll find some answers.

Hay una cartilla de especificaciones muy buena. La XL se ve superior en muchos aspectos, tiene mejor tema de bateria y save mode on sleep.

A mi me jode el tema del 3D, lo encuentro tan innecesario. Pero each its own. La 2DS es mas robusta al no tener partes moviles.

I own a 3DS XL and most people will tell you just to buy that. The 2DS definitely has a better price point, but everyone I know told me it felt some what sturdy, but still rather cheap compared to a 3DS XL and where you are going, I don't think you want something that will easily break on you. Plus the 2DS does not fold shut so all kinds of shit will just scratch up your screen and collect dust.

The XL is also a bigger console meaning bigger screens and a better battery life. The 2DS is honestly being more marketed to a younger generation.

Honestly it's your choice though. I prefer my XL over the 2DS which is why I bought it and I just prefer the form factor/better battery life.

me quedo con el 2DS, es mas para adultos and I don't mind the 3D effect since I'm almost on glasses now.

To me the 3ds is better. its small more compact harder to break/scratch the screen and longer battery life

-Big hands like me get the 2DS(smaller screens+i find it more comfy to hold)
-Small hands like a girl get 3DS XL(has a way bigger screen doe)
