A BIG Thanks to ALL who Supported

I'd like to take a moment an say Thank you Very Much to all those who supported in the "Why GM's and AM's stink like feet" Thread. Because of the disgust I have been experiencing. I learned about the thread at its last minutes of existence (before it was locked). I did have just enough time to personally use the "Thank Feature" to Thank all those who supported.

Throughout all the Silence an not much response. It really made my day. :biggrin:

I do realize im not the only one with this issue. I do hope something gets done for all of us that have been patiently waiting. It's very frustrating.

Couple things I'd like to address: I read a few things about "summoning" or even having a Sorc put up "Portal"..

The issue with my stuck toon seems to be getting worse an worse.
I logged out 3/12/2011 then tried to log in on the following day 3/13/2011, about 3-5 seconds later "your are disconnected from the game server" so I attempted to log in again. When I logged back in my character was just flashing like I was under spawn protection. I could run around. All my skills an such were greyed out (still flashing) with an exception of consumables and a couple other things. wasn't able to log out properly so, I had to "X" out. I tried to log back in again to see what would happen (couldn't be any worse, right?) This time I have no HP, No MP, the picture is blurry, my character isn't even showing up on the screen.

I've made a "Character Stuck" request on the Control Panel. Made a post in the "Character Stuck" Thread. I have emailed various GM's/AM's and anyone else that I felt it may concern or that could maybe give me some advice to get this issue resolved including Carl. Euphy an Ashtar, Thanks for the prompt response! A few of my Legion Mates an myself have contacted the AM's/GM's online to address this to their attention. Some got responses some didnt.

When this initially started. A Legion Mate of mine suggested I try to "Scroll" or maybe even see if I can use "Return". I was able to use return. I couldn't see any action of this working on my screen but my legion mate said it was. I disappeared from his view. When I tried to log back in I was at my Bind Point in Rhonnam Refugee Village.

From there my Character was manually "unstuck" and I was told to not try an log in till I know for sure the server has been restarted.. Didnt work, I make another Request on the Control Panel. Now I can't use that feature. Says I have already made a request. I mail out to some AM's/GM's to address that Manually unsticking my character did not work. They make another attempt. Now my Character is in Ishalgen. Still Stuck "You are disconnected from the game Server" Imediately when I log in.

I have even uninstalled Aion Completely off my computer twice. I tried loggin in on another computer to see if that might of been an issue. Same problem

I wish a Summon, or a Portal would work. Unfortunately Im Disconnected way too fast.


There was an Email Address posted in that Thread. Is it possible to get that again? I'd like to send an email out to that, Thnx in advance.

Just wanted to Express how grateful I am for the Supportive Community and of course explain a little bit about what I have been experiencing..

We wont stop posting threads about this till its fixed. Block us, ban us, ffs lock every gosh darn Forum thread u want it wont shut us up. Weve set by for weeks waiting for you to do your freaking jobs but obviously ur just all a buncha kids with hearts of greed. Its disgusting I hope u all catch cancer of THE FACE!

Maybe if you tried to PM me first before concluding anything or whatsoever maybe your char is unstuck now. PM me your full account info.

 

Unstuck requests are not only solved by GM only, some of them can be solved only with restart, some others with devs/Carl help.
Now, i know it's frustrating for you to wait, but if a GM cannot help your character ingame the problem gets more serious and requires someone/something else and more time to get solved. I'm Crystal dedicated AM so i cannot give any support to you guys on Gamez servers, i recieved some PM from gamez players and i replied all of them by saying that and by adding some personal suggestions for issues that might be solved by your pc. Instead of making useless threatments to staff, you should be wise and start a thread in which you gather all stuck characaters names and ID (with no flames and offtopic comments), in order to send that link to admins/devs/Carl.
