a LITTLE problem

Hi im using assassin with ac title and woc lvl2 +20....but i noticed that my attack speed is kinda slow and i can really tell its very slow!!!is there a problem?am i the only one experiencing that even in woc lvl2+20 i see that my toon seems using woc lvl1 with no condition?fix this please i know there is a change in attack speed

 

it should stay with 0.8 atk speed more then that,u must put it the main weapon as dagger.

 

Yes my main is dagger...still my speed is slow you can really differentiate it because if you try a toon with no wings of the circle and then a toon with +20 lvl2 wing(before), speed really changed...i dont know if there is a technical problem...need an admin to clear things out coz my friends are currently experiencing this also..not just me
