A model Gm-answer to Hex asking bans for bug-exploits

I m terribly sorry that our server doesn t support the proper use of crit,magic boost manastones. I understand your frustration. However, our developers are working on improvents as we speak. I encourage you to give the server a few more time for updating, i m sure things will improve for you.

Furthermore you can t possibly expect us to ban people for exploiting manastones...
I bet even you would regret that in the end because the server would be then heavilly depopulated which will hamper down gameplay.

If there is anything more you d like to say on the matter please feel welcomed to do so.
