a really MEAN and ANNOYING and EXPENSIVE bug

just wana report the most expensive bug ever

i went and fused my newly bought DDLH GS extend to a newly bought shiny AC GS

the fusing went fine, i didnt equip the GS though since i wana get my

augment level 2 from my other toon so I press "O" , choose "characters"

then i put my augment lvl 2 in account warehouse and switch character again

when I log back to Templar, the fused weapon was deleted

and only DDLH left at the top.

please check this bug coz its really really dissapointing

 

if u have a screenshot of ur fusing process.. u can have a refund of ur lost items.. it is always the bug problem in fusing weapons.. since 2.0.., a lot of players experience this.. so in fusing weapons.. do not logout yet.. use the weapon.. kill some mobs on it.. enchant it a bit.. put manastone.. then logout if u have stayed for an hour.. but the best of course is print screen the process of fusing it..

 

it never happened to me before so i didnt took screenshot, im not asking for the item to be returned coz i know its a lost cause.

just reporting a really bad bug

 

try to login back again. that issue is already existing on 3.0 . after fusing or unfused you need to unequipped the weapon and euipped it again and give it atleast 5 secs to refresh then log out. it nothing happens then it is really a major bug.

 

i did, tried it for 5 times now, i already lost the fuse, so this is a lost cause.

just have to accept the fact that i got bamboozeled by a major bug

 

Yeah, this has been a known bug and been there for quite a long time now. I never experienced it myself, though. Next time when you fuse any of your weapons, make sure to equip it and do not log out right away. I am not sure if that really helps but that's what I do and I never experienced such a thing.

If you just have a screenshot, the tendency of it being replaced is high.

 

It has happened to me in the past. Back in the day i lost EGT Greatsword which was a pretty big deal. Just a tip, do not logout right after you fuse.. Equip and use it for at least 20 minutes before you log out..

 

Seriously this is the most stupid and oldest bug from this server and yet it is still not fixed since 2.5... Else they should have put an auto-announce saying "Armsfusing is bugged you need to stay online for about 5 mins after fusing or put it in your warehouse before logging off"... How hard is that to do.

 

i think this bug should be announce by AMs, they are not there just to host an event
i think they should also inform players about this kind of bug
ac cost 2k credits. and its a big deal

However, you should note that it is not a common issue and effects very very very few people. It is always wise to take screenshots and or video of Fusing / and Trading however.

 

experience is the best teacher... thats all i can say now
