A total noob to AION is seeking guidance...

Hi all, I really wanted to play this game, but I feel overwhelmingly overwhelmed to be honest. First, I tried playing AION on Steam, then I got lost and terrified by the amount of cash-shop items that looked very suspicious. So I wanted to try this version of the game, since I already play BDO here anyway. But When I made my first character I realized I'm not level 1 at all, I'm not in a starter zone and my inventory is bombarded with items I have no clue what they're for. Also, my camera is stuck. I can't move my camera using my mouse. I didn't have this problem on retail. Not sure how to fix it and it's game breaking tbh. I tried searching for help, but didn't find the answers I was looking for here on forums. Can someone kind enough to answer my following concerns please? ;

- Why is my camera stuck? all other games are running fine with no issues mouse/camera wise
- You really can't start at level 1 and do noob stuff in order to learn the game?
- Is it worth it for a total noob to try out this server? And how friendly and supportive the community is here honestly?
- How do I proceed after character creation? I am totally lost for reals

First, you're using Win10? if youre using win10 you need to download carbonizer for further information try to shoot a pm to @Noyah @Luff @Primez they will help you

 

First to camera, u have to downgrade ur win win ver back to 1709 or use camera fix.

Second no u cant start from 1. U are instantly 65 and just choose ur class u want to play. Then u get items (starter gear)
Comunity is friendly unless u are begger . U just have to find correct ppl. Then go to herion and farm boxes treasure,kroban and bastion for omegas (used to enchant hear) tempering solutio (enchant accesories) and lingate foundry bundle which gives manasto es (+9 or +8) sell them to get kinah. From bastion farm blue manastones for start.

oh i allergic to begging, so that's taken care of. as for the gearing up process, i guess i'll need to figure that out slowly and with a big cuppa next to me thanks
