ABG Items

Hello every one .......................
direct to the point

I donated this day for my credits , i get them and buyed the ABG , Armor set
ABG jacket
ABG pauldrons
ABG pants
I recieve them than after couple hours the server crash , i log out watch some television than i started the game again , and my ABG jacket is gone ... I hope this problem can be fixed ......

My char is on Lumiel char name Lexxstarr

 

That sucks man Umm im just sayin this might be a good idea is to take a Screen shot of the items you have purchased from the online shop and take a screen shot of your profile and your inventory. this gives evidence that the item had dissappeared and what not. I hope this helps you out.

 

Make sure to screenshot your items and item history (From the Credit Shop) and post them here. A Gamez GM should notice this topic soon.

Keep in mind, only senior level GMs or higher can restore lost items ;x

 

Yeah lol. Just saying that a GM should be along to also refer this topic and help out also.

 

yeah thats what my brother tells me to , but i didnt know this gone happen u see , i dont take screenshots everytime i have new gear on , oke i know that for the next time , but it dont give me my iem back , i hope a gm see this and helps me

 

Then just take a screenshot of your item history. Since you used credits to buy them their should be a log of them. Go to your USER CP on the main website > The item shop> and next to the amount of credits you have is a button that says History. Click on that and it is a log of everything you've bought from the credit shop.
