About Cool & Warm Fragment

I get some maps about the quests that require collect 100 cool & 100 warm fragments and I was very happy , but I was looking for these things for 3 hours I didn't find anything about them (I know that they are attackable mobs .. But the only attackable mobs that i found don't give any thing )
So what i can Do ????

 

First of all, you have to take in consideration that Cool Fragments only spawn every Autumn and Winter in-game and that is by September to February and Warm Fragments spawn every Spring and Summer in-game and that is by March to August.

 

I have 1 way easy
When you see rain,collect warm
When you see snow,collect cool
You can see rain or snow in all map
