About freefly??

This might have already been answered before but Im new here and still new to this whole private server thing so this is most likely a n00b question.

So this server is freefly right?? i looked around at some threads and people are saying its disabled because of the 2.5 update while some other members got it working???

so is free fly disabled or not?? kinda confused here.

and if not, where are the areas you can fly at, and areas you cant fly at?? or can you fly just about anywhere??
