If you think somebody else knows your account info and doesn't know your email info, you can simply just change the password. To change the password, you need to know your e-mail, and any of the SAMs can check what your e-mail is and remind you what it is. You can contact @Dementa or @lisveth to ask them what your e-mail is.

However, if you even forgot your email's password and want to change your account's email, send a private message to @Puddles. She is the one who can change e-mails. Just click on her name and click "Start a Conversation"
