About NCC

    After sometime I'm back playing with my ranger. I'm currently eat geared with abg acces and i would like to know: The NCC set stats such as PVP Defense are working properly or they are there mostly for skin? Cause in the way I see it, although NCC is a little worse than abg, it helps a lot better than eat.
