about reports

just wondering....y is that some reported thread in the report section doesnt hav answer or action?.....i know AMs/GMs have a lot of job to do....but i just want to point that there are ppl who are concerned with this game who reported some ppl who violates the rules...and their report should be taken into action......

dont get me wrong...just seeing the report thread now..there are some reports who are not yet answered...:sad::sad::sad:

 

because some reports are pointless or hard to decide.

 

ahmm maybe or maybe not.............if hard to decide, how much time do they take to decide?
