    Absoutle Skill Breath of Elion (Valkyrie Skill)​
    Bug Description:
    When using Breath of Elion on a Horse you do not get the effect that the skill does while not mounted, not sure if this is just because it's absolute or not​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Use [Absolute: Breath of Elion] On a horse​
