Account does not exist or password incorrect

    I havent played in a while and now when redownloaded and tried to get into the game and click "start" it shows that "Account does not exist or the password is incorrect"
    but i do have an account and entered the correct password and i can login into the luncher totally fine.
    infact both my charecters also exist as i checked the website. From EU server. So what can be done at this point?
