[Account Issue] Years later, trying to play but cannot find account.

Hey there, so it's been quite a few years since I last played on the Gamez Aion server. Did accounts get wiped at some point? I do have some information about the account that would help possibly recover it such as names, items, etc? I just didn't want to post it publicly on here. I'm not sure if it was on this account and there was a wipe or if I had made this account before trying to find my original. If someone can help me out it'd be greatly appreciated. Some friends and I were interested in getting back into MMOs and figured why not try Aion again.

 

I might be able to help you, but let me tell you first that if your characters were in Lumiel, they no longer exist.

 

I honestly do not remember what server it was. It might've been Lumiel. I'd like to make sure. Do I dm you any information I'd have or post it here?
