Account issues

Coming back since 2020 or so, I had a couple issues with my account: first it was the password which I reset and could only login into the website with the new password (sent through email), but not on launcher. Then after some digging in this forum I found that the username is case sensitive, so I could finally login into the launcher, but as soon as I press start in the game itself, it shows me a notice that the Account does not exist or that the password is incorrect. Seems conflicting, because the account exists since 2018 (as shown on the website), and the password should be correct, otherwise I wouldnt be able to login into the launcher.
