Account problem

Well guys, this problem isn't is mine, but is the problem of my girlfriend, mokou, her character appears to be connected, but this is no true, and when she tries to relog, the game closes, i try to enter with her account in my pc, and the problem persists, i saw her in EF like she is connected, but she can't play with her character, we play in Lumiel, moreover, if we enter in another character, there's no problem, but with the chanter (Mokou) the problem shows, so if anyone can help me...or know what happen...

 

Her character is stuck. If it is online as if she is connected then she will need to wait for a server restart to fix the problem as normal unstuck requests will not work as they should with this type of issue.

Apologies for the problem and should be resolved with a day or two depending on the next restart.
