Account was hacked (and one of my guildies)

I am not sure where to post something like this so i am posting it here. Me and one of my friends were both hacked this morning by what seems like the same person? two different IPs but very similar actions on the accounts. I am hoping to get the help of a GM to restore my account if that is possible. He deleted all of my armor and accessories deleted all of my crystals undid all of my caphras. got rid of all of my silver and deleted my outfit which had a crit crystal in it. He also deleted my Blackstar that i got yesterday and managed to get to pri. I have a twitch VOD to prove what i owned and purchase reciepts. I am capable of proving absolute ownership of my account.

 

There is no way your account has been hacked unless you have shared your details with someone else. Send me a private message with your account details so we can check what exactly happened and who is responsible, but let me tell you that we don't recover items that were intentionally or accidentally deleted.
