    Accuracy is implemented, but doesn't work like retail. Formulas are all different. Most likely evasion scales higher here than accuracy, so you see a much harder curve before accuracy takes effect.

    Accuracy is very underscaled while evasion is overscaled to the point where it is pretty strong.
