    Accuracy not properly working in PvP​
    Bug Description:
    Accuracy on LvL diffrence is not working how it is supposed to work.
    I tried attacking Restia (lvl 61) with my wizard (lvl 49) and every attack i am using does actually hit even though i should not hit at all besides a few lucky hits.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Attack a high LvL player with lower LvL

    Here is a video of us trying it (ty Restia)
