advise of valks

I received the advise of valks from the daily attendance rewards. i knew what it did from the description in it gives you 15 to 25 fail stacks. What I didn't know was you had to be at 0 fail stacks to use it effectively. I opened it up and got +18 fail stacks but didn't use it when I was at 0 fail stacks and pretty much wasted it and I really needed this because I am trying to enhance my equipment so I can compete with others. I am fairly new to this game and server and there are alot of people on this server that are way ahead of the game. I would ask if you give me another advise of valks so I could utilize it the right way I would really appreciate it. It would help me out alot. Please respond as soon as you can.
