Aion(1001) error

    Ok that's what it says when I've wait like 2 days downloading Aion with NCsoft and repairing like a hundred times, lol.

    It's done ... but the problem is when i tried to run aion, with new launcher also ... i mean i reinnstall a new launcher ...
    this error popped up out of nowhere ...

    "Aion(1001):
    You cannot run Aion with the version of DirectX currently installed.
    Aion requires the DirectX version released after June, 2008.
    You can download the correct version from www.aiononline.com.
    -- The Specified module cannot be found.

    OK" (it's a button :\ )

    Ok so anyone can tell me what to do, im using windows 7 home premium, and using a ATI Mobility Radeon hd 5650.
