AION bull shiiit!!! its almost 4 weeks since i post my problem but nothing happends!

this is my post!!!(i have 15980 credits , i buy ambasador's chain set exept ambasador's brogans that cost 12000k of credits and i also buy sheperd's shakujo that cost 3000k of credits all in all i spent 15000k of credits !!! but i only received the sheperd's shajuko!!!
and now i cant vote when i vote (your account have already voted) :crying:.. PLSSSSSSSSSSS HELPPPPPPP)

There is no proof that you bought them. If you can pull up your card history to show that you did donate then maybe. If you voted for the credits, then I don't really know what to tell you.
