aion items

ok.. so im kinda an aion noob. i have no idea what items are worth keeping and what are trash.. usually i go by three things.. the cost the damage and the type and same goes for armor but what items are actually worth having i pretty much have no idea what most of the things going up for trade are in the chat box.. so if you guys could help me it would be greatly appriciated.

 

On Gamez... almost nothing that you'd get from normal mobs is worth keeping, besides high-level manastones or crafting materials. Only equipment from Heroic bosses (in instances mostly, and on some maps) is worth keeping, and you'll know it if you ever kill one ;o

Rarity colors are:

None - normal
Green - "rare", but not really
Blue - slightly more rare, but generally not very useful, except possibly for remodeling
Yellow - useful
Orange - very useful

 

gray - trash (misc items)
purple - maybe useful in future ("mythic"-grade items are not implemented in game yet)

 

Put it this way. You want to get in Yellow / Orange gear. Stuff sells for rediculious prices but most of the time its better to just extract it for a enchantment stone.

The rarity colours euph mentioned aren't that helpful.
As far as things to keep? Spears, Bows, Maces (clerics / templars), Shields.
Armor sets. Well; that is highly subjective.
Each Class (Warrior, Mage, Priest, Scout) can wear different armor. As Im sure you noticed.
The armor itself normally set peices are more valuable than not, but some people want non-set items for remodels.

If your looking to make much of a kinah gain? You should most likely work on crafting. People always need Scrolls of various flavors, and or other things like hp / mp pots (Fine Life Serums for example).

As for trading and getting things worth anything? The npc's with the materials for the Master Noble Carved are no longer there, the Balic crafts from what I understand do not work. So, unless your going ot be trading in credits, I suggest making pots / scrolls and such for your kinah which then again, isn't that useful.

For items, Abyss gear and such (requires vip to trade) but a full set Might get you a sngle peice of ABG set.
