    Bug Name:
Alchemy stone growth and upgrade bug
    Bug Description:
At Artisan level I tried making some alchemy stones then I got some Imperfect stones of those three kinds. I increased their exp more than 150% then tried to upgrade it. In upgrading the stones it only says that failing to upgrade the stone loses its exp but instead it broke(the stone vanished) even when the notification said that "Growth Failed. Alchemy stone exp decreased." also there were times when I upgrade it with the same notification it upgrades to the next level. When I read stuff about how to upgrade the alchemy stones it says that upgrading the stone at Resplendent and above will have a chance to destroy the stone but my stone was still Imperfect and still it got destroyed/vanished.
    How to reproduce/proof:
Increasing the alchemy stone's experience is also bugged because sometimes the exp will go up or go down. (150% to 130% then 130% to 170%)
Imperfect/Rough alchemy stones will not have a chance to be destroyed when upgrading and the notification will still always be "Growth Failed. Alchemy stone exp decreased." even when it upgrades or destroyed. It should lose exp when it fails but it always vanish.

UPDATE: Having the alchemy stone's experience lower than 100% has higher chance for the stone to upgrade but the notification is still the same ("Growth Failed. Alchemy stone exp decreased.").
