All cc lock timers are wrong

    All cc lock timers are wrong
    Bug Description:
    After changes in last patch float into float has 0ms timer so u can use 2 floats at same time, proof: https://streamable.com/uuauhb (float from moonrise and cloud stab at same time causes cc limit).

    Other than that knockback, knockdown and stun has wrong timer, it's 2s and should be 1s same as floating.

    TLDR: Only properly working cc is stiffness, rest should have 1s timer instead of 2s (float is at 0s now, should also be 1s).
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Use any of those ccs on any class.
