    Ouch man that really sucks, only thing I could think to say is are you sure you put in the right user info? Just in case you made two user accounts or you might not be in the correct server.

    Yes make sure that you are logging in to the correct server. Gamez has two, Siel and Lumiel, so make sure to click on the right one.
