all my stuff are gone (from all my chars)

hello community..........
i logged in into my accout and all my stuff (ABG leather set)+(EAT leather set) are gone....
all my medals and my kinah are gone too.......
all my chars in the same accout have no more sets and weapons exept my ABG bow + ABG jerkin ( i still have it )
please help me
what can i do?
i never visit any other sites for aion exept Gamezaion.comwhen i logget in all my chars are in the same place (starting point of asmo + the same for my elyos char) but i never was there with my chars :-( :-(
and since yesterday i am VIP again :-( but i didnt vote for vip :-(
please help me

A couple screenshots of your inventory, equipments, warehouse, account warehouse would be great.
Also you need prooves that you had those items before (older screens or donation history or whatever) and providing your account ID and character names would help GMs a lot as well.

 

The only reason that would happen is if someone had access to your login details and those can only be obtained via the following means:

• An insecure computer (outdated/bad/no protection software)
• Visiting malicious sites or sites that offer hacks/cheats/etc
• Downloading third-party tools
• Sharing your account information

Unfortunately our policy here at Gamez is that users are fully responsible for their accounts at all times, if you are unable or unwilling to maintain complete security on your account we cannot assist you.

I suggest doing a virus scan, changing your password and being very careful about who you trust in future.
