All swimming costumes are broken since remastered patch​

Bug Description:

All outfits with a swimming speed bonus (tested with Coco / Splat Ficher & Da-Dum-Da-Dum) do not increase the swimming speed anymore since Remastered patch. The swimming speed is properly increased in the "View Set Effect" section, but when swimming, your speed is the exact same as without the outfit.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Equip any outfit with swimming speed bonus (don't forget multiple parts when required), go to a river / sea or the Ocean and try to swim. You will swim at the same speed as without the outfit.​
