Alt character problem

    Well, On my alt char I made a few days ago, It cant use the LFG function, BUT, On my first main toon, Everything works as should, And also another small issue, I cannot receive mail, Like sent mail with an attachment of 29m from my main to my alt, But never shows up? ALSO!, I did a location check via the unstuck function on the website, When I logged off, I was in Herion, But from the website, It states im in an "Unknown" location, Any solutions?
